Senior Engineer – Civil & Structural DesignKey Responsibilities: Develop and analyze steel and reinforced concrete structures, including foundations, using industry-standard software such as STAAD Pro and MAT3D. Create detailed design calculation sheets and ensure compliance with design codes and standards. Interpret analysis results, prepare technical reports, and provide risk assessments and engineering repair & rehabilitation recommendations. Review and approve engineering drawings, ensuring adherence to civil and structural codes, ADNOC & Other specifications, and safety standards. Train and mentor junior engineers, develop training materials, and conduct technical sessions. Collaborate with project managers for cost, time, and resource planning. Key Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in civil/structural projects. Proficiency in STAAD Pro, Mat3D, RAM Connections  AutoCAD and other relevant software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team management skills.
